About Me
I help women in midlife rise, reimagine, and reclaim their lives — because I’ve lived the unraveling.
I know what it’s like to lose yourself while trying to hold everything together — to be a good mother, wife, daughter, friend. To build a career. To show up for everyone, all the time… until there’s nothing left for you.
Add in the emotional and physical upheaval of menopause — the brain fog, the rage, the sense of disconnection from your own body — and it can feel like your world is quietly crumbling.
But here’s what I know:
You’re not falling apart.
You’re waking up.
I became a psychologist after navigating my own midlife awakening — a turning point that began with profound grief, was shaped by courageous questions, and ended in a decision to rebuild a life that finally felt like mine.
Today, I offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy for women ready to stop people-pleasing, make peace with their bodies, and get radically honest about what they want.
This is where healing meets rebellion.
This is therapy that doesn’t just talk — it transforms.

“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”
~Mary Oliver
Midlife isn't a crisis - it's a call to action.
What I Believe
I don’t believe in surface-level fixes or “shoulds” dressed up as self-care. I believe in radical self-inquiry, soul-deep healing, and reclaiming your truth.
I believe the body holds wisdom. That we need safe places to fall apart — and rebuild. That we can break cycles, unlearn perfectionism, and stop abandoning ourselves just to keep the peace.
And I believe women in midlife are a force.
We are done disappearing.
