Individual Therapy
Life gets loud - and sometimes, you need the space to hear yourself again.
In our work together, therapy becomes more than a place to vent. It's a place to pause, untangle, and reclaim. To ask the deeper questions:

Who am I now?
What do I need?
What do I want more of - and what can I finally let go of?

“Midlife isn’t about falling apart. It’s about finally facing what no longer fits — and finding your way back to the woman you were always meant to be.”

Find Yourself Again
I support women navigating anxiety, depression, grief, identity loss, relationship strain, parenting issues, and major life transitions.
Many of my clients are in midlife — overwhelmed, burned out, or feeling invisible in the very life they’ve built. Others come to me struggling with food and their bodies: stuck in cycles of binge-eating, chronic dieting, or drowning in shame. I have advanced training in these areas and offer a non-judgmental space where we can untangle what’s beneath the surface.
My approach is emotion-focused, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that you already hold deep inner wisdom. I’m here to help you reconnect with it.
This is the work of coming home to yourself.
And you don’t have to do it alone.

From First Session to Breakthrough
This isn’t just talk therapy.
This is where unraveling becomes reimagining.
We’ll start with a no-pressure intake session: just you, me, and some space to exhale. You’ll get to name what’s hard right now, and we’ll go over a few therapy basics (consent, confidentiality, logistics).
From there, we’ll move deeper — exploring the roots of your emotional patterns, family dynamics, and identity stories that still shape you today.
Then the real work begins: showing up for yourself. Naming what you want. Breaking the patterns that keep you small.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be ready to stop abandoning yourself.
